1. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (except where otherwise noted); taxes, shipping, and handling charges are additional. Prices are subject to updates and all items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or exporters, or when we question accuracy of information provided. We will notify you in the event of an account question.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, in the event we make a mistake, we reserve the right to correct errors and revise your order accordingly. In the event of such error, you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
4. Shipping & Handling
You agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown when your order is placed. You agree that you are not buying from us for the purpose of exporting the product. We use 3rd party shipping and cannot guarantee delivery times or arrival dates.
5. Payment; Credit for Refunds
Only valid credit cards or other accepted payment methods may be used, and all refunds will be credited to the same card or the payment method used, net of transaction fees. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the Sites) to that card or other method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. We will notify you in the event of a payment issue.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened boxes of coffee within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund less the cost of shipping from your address to a Coffee Exchange USA, Inc. warehouse and a $20 per box restocking fee. If an issue is our fault, we will make it right.
7. Complaints and Legal Notices

8. Limited Warranty
Coffee Exchange USA, Inc. makes no express warranties and this warranty supersedes any prior representations and understandings regarding the products, including any warranty arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.
9. Exclusivity of Remedy; Limitation Of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COFFEE EXCHANGE USA, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF IT HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NOR SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF COFFEE EXCHANGE USA, INC., WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITES EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
