Wilton is a certified Q Grader, developer of the most advanced coffee processing plant in Colombia and he is also an experienced taster and roaster. Wilton Benitez is a Colombian coffee producer highly specialized in the production and processing of exotic coffees. Today Wilton has his own processing plant in Cauca deparment that meets high standards of quality and control to guarantee the quality of the final product, in addition to his two small farms located in the department of Cauca and the other in Risaralda respectively.
