Finca Santa Teresa (FST) is a Panamanian coffee farm and mill in Santa Clara, Renacimiento. The farm is nestled in the cloud forest near the Volcán Barú – Panama’s highest peak, adjacent to La Amistad National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). It occupies 237 acres of stunning forest, where visitors (in non-Covid times) can elect to stay in the guest cabin that overlooks the beautiful scenery.

FST produces a range of premium specialty coffees, all handpicked and processed in their own farm, with rich volcanic soils and high altitudes driving undertones of honeysuckle, lychee, and strawberries. Their geisha is a regular finalist in the Best of Panama competition, with other washed, honey, and natural beans available as well. The popularity of FST beans goes without saying - earlier this year, all their coffees sold out in 72 hours on the CoffeeExchange platform!

Their farm can reach over 120 employees during harvest season, with regular 20 full-time employees. They have two farms a main farms where most of the coffee is grown including our washing station, and a small farm called Batista, which is only a short drive from the main farm. The two farms are separated by natural forests and our water source, La Llorona.

We have a new shipment of Santa Teresa coffees coming in soon, and are confident that they will sell just as quickly as the last!
